Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read carefully before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

  • ✓Your account information (email, username, profile)
  • ✓All your created learning materials and bookmarks
  • ✓Your learning progress and statistics
  • ✓Shared content and community contributions

Data Retention Policy

Immediate Deletion: Most of your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours of your request.

30-Day Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in our backup systems for security and recovery purposes.

Legal Compliance: Certain data (e.g., transaction records) may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
