Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are intended to define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between ENIT Company ("we", "our", or "us") and users ("you" or "users") regarding the use of the Repeat Tube mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
- Service: The Repeat Tube app and all related features provided by the Company
- User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Service
- Account: A set of login credentials including email address and password, registered by the user
- Content: Data created or stored through the Service, such as videos, subtitles, bookmarks, and learning history
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms shall take effect upon being posted within the app or otherwise made available to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, in accordance with relevant laws.
- If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
Article 4 (Account Registration and Management)
- Users may create an account using their email address.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information; failure to do so may result in restricted access to the Service.
- Users are responsible for managing their account and for any activities that occur under their account.
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
- The Company provides the Repeat Tube Service to users.
- Some features may be offered on a paid basis, with prior notice and consent.
- The Company may modify or discontinue certain features for reasons such as system upgrades, security enhancements, or service improvements.
Article 6 (User Responsibilities)
Users must not engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Stealing another person's personal information or account
- Violating copyrights or engaging in unlawful activities using the Service
- Transmitting malicious code or interfering with the server
- Any behavior that violates public order or accepted standards of morality
Violations may result in service suspension or account termination without prior notice.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All intellectual property rights to content within the Service belong to the Company or the respective rights holders.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission.
- Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or create, and the Company bears no legal responsibility for such content.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)
The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- System maintenance or server failures
- Legal obligations or government orders
- User violations of these Terms
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not responsible for service failures caused by user negligence.
- The Company is not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content.
- The information provided in the Service is for educational and reference purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
Article 10 (Termination and Account Deletion)
- Users may delete their accounts at any time via the app settings or by contacting support.
- Once deleted, account information and content cannot be recovered.
- The Company may terminate accounts without notice if the Terms are violated or in cases of misuse.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising between the Company and the User shall be resolved in the competent court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall be effective as of December 8, 2025.
